Motocross Engine Rebuild Service - Yamaha YZF450

TNT Racing offers a complete YZ450F 4 Stroke engine rebuilding service. We Collect the YZ 450F engine, rebuild it with new parts and then drop it back! Its that simple!!!

We will arrange for a fully insured courier to collect your engine safely and securely or if you prefer you can send it yourself to us or drop it in at the shop. Either way just make sure ALL oil is drained and engine is well packaged to prevent damage.

One of our experienced workshop staff will then dismantle and inspect your engine. We will contact you to discuss the work needed and the costing BEFORE carrying out the work. If at this point you dont want to proceed with the work you will be charged £30 for the strip down and any courier charges if applicable.

If you want to proceed with the work we then clean each component and rebuild your engine with new gaskets and parts. When rebuilding the engine we will also check the valve clearances and adjust them if needed with the correct shims.

Once all the work is finished and the bill is settled we will arrange for a fully insured courier to deliver the engine back to you.

We try to turn engines around in a week, but please contact us first as we do get very busy at times and it may take longer than normal.
